Online Counselling is convenient for clients and therapists as they can both meet up online via an encrypted online video channel and conduct their sessions there. It is recommended for clients who are unable to travel to our center. For online counselling to be effective clients need to be in their own safe space where they are free to speak anything and won't be easily distracted (A quiet room with good lighting would be ideal).
